Thinking outside of the box!
After my father had passed, I had decided to purchase an investment property that would generate income for my family. Engaging Todd for his services we quickly discovered that purchasing in Toronto wasn't going to net out the Return on Investment I was looking for. Todd and I pivoted to purchasing not one condo in Toronto but 2 condo's in Waterloo and found a management company that would manage and maintain the investment properties.
